Service FAQ

1. Am I able to get same day appointments for a sick visit?
Yes, Sometimes we may request for you to come in as soon as possible.
2. What is your average wait time?
Our average wait time is less than 30 minutes.
3. Will I see the same Pediatrician all of the time?
You may request to see the same doctor and we will try our best to fulfill your request, but sometimes you  may see the doctor on call.
4. What should I do if I have an urgent concern after office hours?
You can page whichever Doctor is on call. The Doctor will call you back within the following 15 minute. If your page isn’t answered in that 15 minute period, please re page the doctor.
5. How would you feel if I chose no to vaccinate my child?
We work as a team for the welfare of the child and the family. We are able to modify the number of shots which your child receives per visit. We follow the recommendations by CDC, NIH and AAP. If parents wish not to receive any vaccinations, than they must sign a waiver form stating that all of the risks and  benefits of vaccinating a child was fully explained to you.
6. What measures do you take to prevent the spread of infections?
*A mask is provided to patients and/or parents that have respiratory symptoms.
*Hands are washed and sanitized before seeing each patient.
*Toys and office furniture are cleaned with Lysol disinfectant wipes.
*Ultraviolet sanitizer is used to help stop the spread of infections.
7. Do you have Electronic Medical Records? Electronic Prescriptions?
Yes, beginning April 1st, 2012.

Cost Containment
Make medicine affordable. Discounts are available for patients who are uninsured or have limited ability to pay, VFC program (state covers cost of vaccine and parents pay for administration) available to patients unable to pay for cost of vaccine.
