*Exercise at least one hour a day

– 5 servings of fruits and vegetables a day
– Avoid sugar drinks (including juiceĀ and pop)
– 8oz water 4-6 times a day (minimum)
– Whole grain foods
– Low carbohydrate (cakes, candies, chocolate)
– Lean meat

* Breathing Exercises
– Will increase your concentration
– Calm your mind

* Social Work
– Helping others
– Respect others feelings

* Friends
– Select good friends and stick with them

– Develop good habits
– Stay away from drugs ,tobacco and alcohol
